Introducing Pazzo Italiano at

58 Baltimore Avenue


In partnership with Dave Gonce and Bob Suppies of Second Block Hospitality, Frank and Louie's is becoming Pazzo Italiano!  The new Italian deli and market will be expanding the offerings, refreshing the store into a beautifully reimagined space with a new name and even more Italian specialties to enjoy!


You will still find the classic sandwich menu, beloved recipes, and welcoming family atmosphere that made Frank and Louie's a local favorite. All of the products you love - Pasta Sauces, Buttercakes, Cookies, Mom's Meatballs and more will be available in a newly refreshed, walk-in market. Yes! WALK-IN Market.


Pazzo (pronounced PAHT-zoh) means “crazy” in Italian — and we’re crazy excited to share what’s coming next...


Frank and Louie's will be open, regular hours, Thur-Sun, 10-4 until Sunday, September 28th. On Monday, September 29th, the transformation begins and Pazzo will be ready to welcome customers back in by mid to late October.

After 12 years in Rehoboth Beach,

Frank & Louie’s is excited about the next chapter:


The new chapter begins with the partnership with Pazzo Italiano to bring you a new walk-in market. We will also be expanding our offerings at The Brush Factory on Kings in Lewes, and growing our supply business. We will be focusing on continuing to grow our brand, creating new products, and developing new baked goods.


We look forward to supplying our products to new and existing customers. as we transition out of the retail deli.


The Bascio family will continue to work with, supply, and guide Pazzo along the way! Customers can expect Pazzo to continue the quality, tradition, and warm family hospitality  —  just in new ways.

  • How long will Frank and Louie's be open?

    Frank and Louie's will be open regular hours, Thur-Sun, 10-4, until Sunday, September 28th. On Monday, September 29th the re-design begins. Pazzo Italiano is set to re-open as a beautifully refreshed, walk-in market in mid to late October.

  • What if I have a Gift Card or an Exisiting Order?

    Frank and Louie's Gift Cards will be honored at Pazzo Italiano. If you have an order that is already placed for pick up from now until September 28th, not to worry! Your order will be honored.

  • How do I contact Frank and Louie's until Sept 28th?

    Please continue to contact us at 302-227-5777. When Pazzo Italiano opens in mid to late October, the phone number will remain the same.


  • Where can I find Frank and Louie's Products?

    Our products will still be available at The Brush Factory on Kings in Lewes, DE. We are excited to expand our offerings at The Brush. 


    Our Buttercakes are also available at Fifer's Market in Camden Wyoming, DE and Lloyd's Market in Lewes, DE

  • Will Pazzo Italiano be a Walk-In Market?

    Yes! The re-design will begin on Monday, Sept 29th. Pazzo Italiano will be a beautifully refreshed walk-in market that is set to re-open to customers in mid to late October.

  • What if I wanted to place an order between Sept 29th and the end of October?

    Frank and Louie's will be operating with regular hours, Thur-Sun, 10-4 until Sunday, Sept 28th. We will unfortunately not be able to accept any new orders after that day. We do apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

  • Will you be open for Sea Witch?

    Pazzo Italiano is set to re-open and welcome customers back in mid to late October. A specific opening date will be announced as we get closer!
