Tomato Basil Sauce

Delicious! Fresh quarts available everyday, not just on Sundays! This vegetarian (not vegan) recipe was handed down in the Bascio family and we have kept the tradition going. This staple is used in our recipes and on our delicious Tomato Pies. Great for pizza sauce!

Pizza Rustica

More Italian quiche than pizza, this traditional Easter pie is available to order year round in both Meat or Veggie versions. Fresh Ricotta, Mozzarella and eggs combined with savory Italian meats OR Artichoke Hearts and Red Bell Pepper and baked golden in an all butter crust.

Our Meat Lasagna has the same pasta layers, Tomato Basil sauce, and cheese filling as our Cheese Lasagna, with the addition of our crumbled Veal, Beef & Pork Meatballs. Notice the meatball in the center...Mom's trick to tell the difference from the Cheese Lasagna!
